Cancelling
- You can turn off auto-renewal any time from your billing page in the app, or by emailing help@beforeverknown.com. You will not be charged again.
- When you cancel, you keep all the time you have already paid for. When it runs out, the story simply settles onto the free plan, kept for years to come, and a copy you download is yours to keep for good.
Refunds on time you buy
- Time for a story is credited the moment you pay, so it is non-refundable - but it never expires and it is always yours to use.
- If a charge was a genuine mistake, or something went wrong, reach out within 30 days and we will always try to make it right.
Keepsakes and physical items
- If a keepsake, tag, or kit arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it.
- Because these are made and shipped for you, we cannot take back an item that is simply no longer wanted - but we are always glad to help.
